- What happens after I submit an estimate request?
- We review the details you send and reach out to talk through your project. From there we schedule a time to inspect the work in person. Then we put together a written estimate for you.
- How quickly will you respond?
- We aim to respond as soon as we can, though the exact timing depends on our current workload and the season. Our hours are 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, seven days a week. If you need a faster answer, call or text (208) 739-7656 directly. That is usually the quickest way to reach us.
- Can I call or text instead of using the form?

- What information should I include?
- Tell us your name, phone number, city, the service you need, and a short description of the project. Details like the age of your roof or the problem you are seeing help us prepare. The more we know up front, the more useful our first conversation will be.
- Do I need to know exactly what work is required?
- No. If you are not sure whether you need a repair or a replacement, just describe what you are seeing. That is part of what the free inspection is for. We will help you figure out the right scope.
- Is the estimate really free?
- Yes. Estimates are free, and roof inspections are free. You are not committing to anything by asking for one. We provide it in writing so the scope and pricing are clear.
- Can you send photos or a written quote?
- Yes. Ask us for a written estimate and we will document the scope and pricing for you. If you have photos of the problem, you can send them to help us prepare. It gives us a head start before we visit.
- What if I need service in Spanish?
- Spanish service is available. Just let us know your preference when you reach out. We want the conversation to be clear either way.
- What areas do you cover for estimates?
- From our Caldwell office, we cover Nampa, the wider Treasure Valley, eastern Oregon, and into Washington, plus McCall, Cascade, and Donnelly. If you are unsure whether we reach your town, ask when you contact us.
- Will the same crew that quotes my job do the work?
- Yes. We do not use subcontractors, so the crew that inspects and quotes your project is the crew that completes it. That keeps the plan consistent from start to finish.
