- Roof cost depends on the size of the roof, the pitch, the material you choose, how many old layers need to come off, and any deck repairs found once we open it up. Because those factors vary house to house, we do not quote a flat price online. We come out, measure, and give you a written estimate for free.
- How long does a roof replacement take?
- Most single family asphalt shingle roofs are completed in one to three days once we start. Larger or steeper roofs and wet weather can add time. We give you a realistic window in your written estimate.
- Do I need a permit to replace my roof?
- Roofing permits are handled at the city or county level and requirements differ across the Treasure Valley. In most cases a permit is required for a full replacement. Ask us about permits when we quote the job and we will walk you through what your city requires.
- Can you repair my roof instead of replacing it?
- Often yes. If the damage is limited and the rest of the roof has life left, a repair is the smarter spend. During a free inspection we tell you honestly whether a repair or a replacement is the better call.
- What roofing materials do you install?
- We most commonly install asphalt shingle roofs, which offer a strong balance of cost and durability for Idaho homes. We can talk through the options that fit your house and budget during the estimate. Ask us for a written estimate that lists the exact materials.

- No. The same crew that starts your roof finishes it. That keeps quality consistent and means you always know who is on your property.

- What warranty options do you offer on roofing?
- Atlas Platinum Select contractor. Up to 50 years non-prorated coverage and 10 years workmanship. Manufacturer/material coverage is separate from workmanship coverage. These are applicable roofing coverage options, not a warranty on every roof or on siding and other exterior work. Ask which options apply to your roof in your written estimate.
