FENCING
Fencing
A good fence adds privacy, keeps kids and pets safe, and improves the look of a property. Our Caldwell-based crew installs new fences and repairs existing ones across Nampa, the Treasure Valley, eastern Oregon, and into Washington.
We are a licensed Idaho contractor, license #3171499, and licensed in Oregon, ORCCB #262338. Our crew is background checked and insured. Estimates are free.
New fences and repairs
We install privacy fences, yard fences, and gates, and we repair fences with leaning posts, broken boards, or sagging gates. A fence set with solid posts stands straight for years.
Post depth and setting are what keep a fence upright through wind and frost. We set posts properly so the fence does not lean or heave.

How we work
We look at the layout, talk through the style and height you want, and give you a written estimate. Property lines and any city or HOA rules matter, and we help you sort those out before we build.
We set posts for stability and build the fence to hold up to Idaho wind and weather.
- What types of fences do you install?
- We install privacy fences, yard fences, and gates. We talk through height, style, and materials so the fence fits your needs and your property. Tell us your goals when you call and we will suggest options.
- Do I need a permit or HOA approval for a fence?
- Some cities require a permit and many HOAs have rules on height and style. Requirements vary by location. We help you sort out the permit and property line questions before we build so there are no problems later.
- How do you keep a fence from leaning?
- It comes down to setting the posts at the right depth and securing them properly. Posts that are too shallow or poorly set lean and heave over time. We set posts to stand up to Idaho wind and frost.
- Can you repair my existing fence?
- Yes. We reset leaning posts, replace broken boards, and fix sagging gates. Sometimes a repair extends the life of the fence for years. We tell you honestly when repair makes sense versus replacement.
- How do you handle the property line?
- Fences need to sit on the correct line to avoid disputes with neighbors. We help you confirm the boundary before we build. If the line is unclear, a survey may be needed, and we will let you know.
- How long does a fence take to install?
- A typical residential fence takes a few days depending on length, terrain, and post setting. Concrete for the posts needs time to set. We give you a realistic schedule in the written estimate.
- What materials do you use for fencing?
- We work with common fencing materials and help you choose based on privacy, cost, and maintenance. Each option has tradeoffs in look and upkeep. We go over the choices during the estimate.
- How much does a fence cost?
- It depends on the length, the height, the material, and the terrain. Gates and rocky ground add to the work. Ask us for a written estimate and we will break down the cost before any work begins.
- Can you build a gate too?
- Yes. We build and install gates as part of a fence, and we repair gates that sag or will not latch. A well built gate on solid posts swings true for years. Tell us what you need when you call.
- How do I get a fencing estimate?
- Call or text (208) 739-7656 with your city and the fence you have in mind. We will set up a time to look at the yard and give you a free, written estimate. Spanish service is available.
