How we work
We start with a free estimate and a look at the whole exterior. We explain what we find, show you the material options, and give you a written estimate so there are no surprises.
On install day the crew protects landscaping, removes old siding, checks the sheathing and wrap, and installs the new material to the manufacturer specifications. We clean up the site before we leave. Our work is backed by 15, 25, and 50 year warranty options, non prorated and covering materials and workmanship.

- What siding materials do you install?
- We install fiber cement, vinyl, and composite siding. Each has different costs, looks, and maintenance needs. We walk you through the tradeoffs during the free estimate so you can pick what fits your home and budget.
- How do I know if I need new siding or just a repair?
- Isolated damage from a storm or an impact can often be repaired. Widespread cracking, warping, soft spots, or moisture behind the wall usually point to replacement. We inspect the full exterior and tell you honestly which one makes sense.
- How long does a full siding replacement take?
- Most homes take several days to a couple of weeks depending on size, material, and how much repair the wall underneath needs. Weather can shift the schedule. We give you a realistic timeline in the written estimate.
- Will you check the wall under the old siding?
- Yes. Once the old siding is off we check the sheathing and the weather barrier for rot or water damage. Hidden damage is common on older homes. We tell you what we find before we cover it back up.
- Does new siding help with energy costs?
- It can. New siding with proper wrap and any added insulation reduces drafts and keeps temperatures steadier inside. It is not a furnace replacement, but it usually helps. We can talk through insulation options during the estimate.
- Do I need a permit for siding work?
- Some cities in the Treasure Valley require a permit for a full replacement, and some do not for simple repairs. Rules vary by jurisdiction. We handle the permit questions for your specific location so the job is done to code.
- Can you match my existing siding for a partial job?
- Often yes, though older colors and discontinued profiles can be hard to match exactly. Sun fading also changes the look of old siding over time. We do our best to blend a repair and we tell you upfront if a clean match is not possible.
